This week we will be highlighting Ashley Williams (first photo), Candice Camille (second photo), Dr. Christine Fuselier (third photo), Janine Bell (fourth photo), LaStacia Murray (fifth photo), and Saundra Lyles-Jenkins (sixth photo). Ashley Williams

Ashley Williams is a yoga therapist and a mindfulness educator. She has 12 years of experience in education, behavioral, and mental health. Her background in these areas helped to push her into founding BareSOUL Yoga & Wellness and The Well Collective. Both of these organizations have a focus on creating a safe and healthy physical and mental space within yourself. Ms. Williams' hard work and dedication to helping others has seen great success, and has helped to inspire so many people to be their healthiest selves from the inside, out.


Candice Camille

Candice Camille is a licensed respiratory therapist and a pulmonary functions specialist. She has devoted her life to helping others to live their life to the fullest! She seeks to make wellness accessible to all, build self confidence, and make living well the norm. Candice Camille offers various services that address physical and mental health. In addition to helping to create healthy lifestyles she is also a popular speaker that encourages and enlivens all.


Dr. Christine Fuselier

Dr. Christine Fuselier is a woman of many talents. She is a Dean of Instruction at Bryant & Stratton College, a certified coach, professional speaker, and she is certified in various behavioral assessments. Dr. Fuselier has over 30 years of experience and she has specifically specialized in leadership, diversity, and organizational growth. This experience led her to starting her own leadership and diversity consulting firm, The Leadership Dr. Her consulting firm focuses on creating workshops on leadership development and so much more.


Janine Bell

Janine Bell is the founding president and artistic director of Elegba Folklore Society. Mrs. Bell has a strong desire to expose others to the richness of the African and African American cultures. The name Elegba, which has Yoruba origins, is an Orisa or intercessor who strives to bring clarity from chaos. That is exactly what Mrs. Bell and the Elegba Folklore Society have done for their community. From their year round programs to the exciting and beautiful performances and events , there is something for everyone!



LaStacia Murray

LaStacia Murray is the owner and CEO of Righteous Soles. Righteous Soles is a mobile nail care service located in the Richmond, VA area. Mrs. Murray strives not only to provide excellent service, but to also improve the look and health of her clients nails. Righteous Soles provides the most hygienic and safest spaces for her clients to be pampered and relaxed. Just like her motto says, all of her clients can “relax your soles in good hands.



Saundra Lyles-Jenkins

Saundra Jenkins is one of the most encouraging women we know. She is an incredible mother, woman of faith, and a truly genuine friend. Saundra has made a career of helping others. She can always be counted on to share a kind word with others. In addition to encouraging others she was also a nurse.
